Before the procedure I had online and face to face consultations with no obligations. These gave me all the information I needed and really put me at ease and gave me the confidence to proceed. Everyone was really knowledgeable and friendly and clearly very experienced. Booking the procedure was quick and easy and I got a date that suited me. The procedure itself went really smoothly I was able to put headphones in and listen to podcasts and was very comfortable. Afterwards I was given really detailed notes on what to do and what would happen and everything went exactly as planned. It was so reassuring knowing that advice was only a text message away and responses were always immediate. I'm two weeks post procedure now and everything has gone back to normal and the recovery is going just as planned. I'm so glad I did this and chose Harley Street Hair Transplant!

Great clinic with friendly and experienced team. I wanted my surgery done in the UK and found the clinic on Google. Process started with virtual consultations with patient advisor and then with the surgeon. FULL costs were given up front, with good finance options available. On the day I designed a new hairline with the surgeon and ended up getting about 1600 grafts iirc, which was good value for money. Clear pre- and post-op instructions given and recovery has gone as expected. Now waiting patiently for regrowth :) - Grant

If anyone is thinking big having this procedure done I would highly recommend it to be done here. I’m so excited to see the new hair growth starting and it’s only 3 mths since the procedure. The surgeon was absolutely first class and the after care is amazing. Regular check ups and in between checks you can pick the phone up and speak to them even if it’s just for reassurance.

I visited the clinic near Manchester a little over a month ago and have been very happy with the service to date. It's too early to see the results yet but I am pretty optimistic as it all went to plan. The engagement before, during and after was faultless. Quick responses to any queries and good after care/follow up. The day itself, as expected, is quite long and be prepared for possible swelling after. The first few days after it were a little rough, but that was explained to me before hand. That said, i was up and out and about by day 3 and worked from home OK throughout all of it. The surgery itself went well and I was very impressed with Dr Tetiana and her team, they helped a long day go as best as can be expected, worked hard and were good company throughout. Sara has also followed up regularly since. Very happy to recommend and good luck!

Very happy with the process so far. With a busy schedule I wasn’t too sure about taking 2 weeks of work but we managed to get the procedure booked within a month or so of my initial consultation so I was able to plan around it all easily. The team were very helpful in assessing my aims and suitability for the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns. They also offered the use of a facility in Manchester which I preferred so I wouldn’t have to use public transport post procedure. The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable at the start but I understand this is completely normal until the numbing kicks in. Both Dr Ditta and the two technicians were very experienced and comforting during the procedure. They handled my complications easily and I knew I was in safe hands. I had initially been looking at 1900 grafts but when we sat down to design my hairline more grafts were needed and I had a healthy donor area so we upped it to 2500 grafts at no additional cost. Currently on day 12 post procedure but the scabs came off on day 10 ahead of schedule, my aftercare routine was explained clearly and I was given everything I needed. My advice to anyone considering a transplant is that the procedure itself and the day after are a little rough but worth it. It’s definitely a big factor knowing your surgeon is experienced and you’re in good hands. I’ve recommended the team to friends of mine who are considering the procedure and would encourage people to use the team at the Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinics.

Our process with every patient is as follows:
1) Initial Free Consultation
For patients that are eligible for a hair transplant, the first step is to have an initial free consultation with one of our patient advisors to go through the procedure and answer any questions that you may have as well as take a look at some of our results to see what you could look like.
2) Treatment Options
All of the treatment options available will be discussed in the initial consultation and sent across over email and SMS for you to have and make your decision.
3) Day of Your Procedure
You will be greeted by a member of the team on the day. Surgery lasts between 6-9 hours typically where the doctors extract your hair follicles from your donor area to be implanted into the recipient area to create a natural end result.
4) Aftercare and follow ups
We provide all aftercare instructions on the day of the procedure as well as via a handy online portal area that has a series of videos that explain what to do in the first 14 days of post procedure healing. We are also with you for the next 12 months of your journey and provide follow up calls at 2 weeks, 3, 6 and 12 month periods to assess your progress and final result.
